Trusting God

God will never fail you or let you down

It can be hard to trust God at times, especially when we are so used to trusting ourselves and others. We can have put all of our trust in a man or woman or a relationship. Then, that person turned their back on you and left you. You cannot trust man, but you can trust God. He is the only one you can trust. Man will literally fail you because man is imperfect. But God is perfect and without sin. Jesus Christ lived the perfect life without sin. Jesus Christ died the perfect death to save us from a hell that we all deserve. So, when we fail Him, He knows we are not perfect, but He wants us to repent and get back up again when we fall. He wants us to continue to keep going with His help and strength. So, if you have been hurt by a person, forgive them. Let go of the pain they caused you. Let go of the hurt. Let God take care of the situation. Give it to Him.

Romans 5:8 says, "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

Romans 6:23 says, "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."
